Low+Slow Onion Candy (AKA Caramelized Onion)

It’s what I like to call Onion Candy, but others may call them Caramelized Onions. It resembles nothing like the sweet onion it came from. It’s been slowly and lowly cooked in butter and balsamic glaze.

Underrated Aldi and Lidl Products

We have recently decided to follow a grocery budget, so both Aldi and Lidl have become my best friends. I’m a longtime lover of all things Aldi and I’ve got some serious opinions. Do you shop at Aldi and/or Lidl? Okay, do you at least buy your staples there? They are popping up all over the country! The prices and quality are top notch.
